Rooney Scores in 4-2 win over Dynamo Kiev

goalMan Utd eased to victory in a game where they could have scored double. Ferdinand opened at 10 minutes from Giggs’s exellent free kick. Rooney then tapped in Browns low cross 8 minutes later.

Diogo Rincon got one back for Kiev from a headed corner when Utd lapsed for a second, but Ronaldo made it 3-1 on 41 minutes when he skillfully headed in.

Dynamo Kiev showed a more attacking ability in the 2nd half and made Utd’s defence work a bit. However Ronaldo made it 4-1 from the spot after Goran Gavrancic handballed in the area.

Bangoura scored a nicely struck low shot on 78 mins to end the match 4-2.

It was a game where certain players shined. In particular, Anderson who has had a slow start to his Utd career. He ran the midfield and hit the post at one point. Tevez also continued his growing partnership with Rooney.
